 Our Vision

Covenant Community Church lives to glorify Christ by making disciples who are growing in relationship with God in worship, then with the church in fellowship, and with the world in witness.

Our Statement of Purpose

The church of Jesus Christ exists to carry out the ministry of Jesus Christ by saying and doing what Jesus said and did. To that end we will help people (1) form a biblical, spiritual connection with God, (2) develop loving relationships with other people and (3) to be involved in great causes for the kingdom of God.

Our Philosophy of Ministry

We believe God wants the church to grow (Acts 2:47; 6:1-7). This growth is accomplished through gifted believers as they engage in ministry (1 Corinthians 12; Romans 12:3-8). The job of the pastor/teacher is to equip and enable the believers to do this ministry (Ephesians 4:11,12). As the believers and servant/leaders work together in their mutual development, a ministry team is developed and the ministry of the church expands ( Exodus 18; Luke 10). This is how we believe the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19,20) will be realized.
